Community Features:
A community of 60 townhomes located in central Palm Beach County offering a pool and clubhouse. This friendly community offers well kept streets and landscaping. Keys may be obtained at the Banyan Property management for the fee of $75.00.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
Meetings of the Board of Directors are held on the second Tuesday of each month at the community clubhouse.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a quarterly assessment to the association, due on the first of each quarter. Payments are considered late after 30 days and may incur a $25.00 fee.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is $100.00 payable to Banyan Property Management. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier's check. Applications may be obtained by clicking on the above noted link.
Architectural Changes:
All changes on the exterior of a lot must be submitted in writing to the association.
No items shall be attached to the front of any unit and any changes or alterations to the outside of a unit requires an architectural review form and approval by the architectural committee.
Garbage & Recycling:
Please place containers on the roadside after 6:00 p.m. the previous evening of scheduled pick up otherwise, all containers are required to be stored out of site.
