Summer Chase is a gated community of 221 Single family homes located West of Lake Worth in Palm Beach County. This community offers a clubhouse, pool, community and excersize room, tennis, shuffleboard and bocce ball courts, wide streets, manacured lawns and a lake. This community is for the enjoyment of those over the age of 55.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The association meets the fourth Monday of every month at the community clubhouse at 7:00 P.M.

Association Quarterly Assessments

The current quarterly assessment is $795.00, due the first of each quarter and is considered late on the 15th of the month of the quarter. Assessments received after the 15th, may incur a fee of $25.00.

Community Lease Restrictions:

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee for re-sale is $100.00 per person and rentals are $50.00 per person. ( cashiers check or money order only, payable to Summer Chase HOA) Applications may be obtained by visiting the Association office located at the clubhouse.

Architectural Changes:

All exterior changes, including plantings, shutters, painting, etc., must be approved in writing by the association. Architectural applications may be obtained at the association office.

Clubhouse/Amenity Rental:

The clubhouse is available for rental and all applications must be completed at the association office. Restrictions apply.

Security:

The community offers a gated entrance with a call box. Clickers may be purchased at the association office at the clubhouse.
