 Community Features:
Victoria Grove is a manned gated community of 616 single family homes located in the City of Royal Palm Beach. This community offers a clubhouse, pool with spa, fitness room, two tennis courts, tot lot, roller hockey rink and hockey field.
Victoria Grove does not have a master association nor are there any land use fees or rent annual payments.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
Board of Director meetings are held the last Thursday of each month, at 7:00 P.M. at Victoria Grove clubhouse.
Association Financial Information:
Each lot is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association of $275.00, due on the first of each month. Payments are considered late on the 11th of the month and may incur a $25.00 fee. Coupon books may be ordered above and credit card payments may be made by clicking here.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association documents for complete information. Some common restrictions are listed below.
No street parking during the hours of 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
No Commercial Vehicles, boats, trailers.
Community Lease Restrictions:
Leases must be greater than 12 months in term and less than 24 months in term. No more than 1 lease is permitted in a 12 month period.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee for resale is $100.00 and rentals is $250.00. Applications may be obtained by clicking on the above noted link.
Architectural Changes:
All changes on the exterior of a lot must be submitted in writing on the association architectural application, which may be obtained above. the architectural committee meets on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at the clubhouse at 7:00 P.M.
Clubhouse/Amenity Rental:
The Clubhouse may be rented for private functions. The fee to rent the cabana is $200.00 payable to " Victoria Grove HOA". In addition, a deposit of $400.00 will be returned upon verifying the clubhouse is left in the same condition it was initially rented in. (trash removal). The field may also be reserved, there is not a fee, however there is a refundable deposit of $100.00.

Garbage & Recycling:
Household Trash: Wednesday and Saturday
Large items and landscape debris is scheduled for Saturday.
Recycling is scheduled for Saturday.
Please place containers on the roadside after 6:00 p.m. the previous evening of scheduled pick up otherwise, all containers are required to be stored out of site.
