Association Financial Information:
Each unt is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association, due on the first of each month. Payments are considered late on the 11th of the month and may incur a $25.00 fee.

Community Restrictions:
Commercial vehicles are not allowed in the community and each unit may use two parking spaces.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier's check. Applications may be obtained by clicking on the above noted link.
Architectural Changes:
All changes on the exterior of a lot must be submitted in writing to the association.
No items shall be attached to the front of any unit any changes or alterations to the outside of a unit requires an architectural review form and approval by the architectural committee.
Garbage & Recycling:
Please place all refuge in dumpsters. Garbage pick up is Wednesday and Saturday, recycling is Thursday.
