Community Features:

Waterside Estates, a homeowners Association, is a gated community of 156 Townhomes in Lake Worth. This community offers a pool and cabana.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

Board of Director meetings are held the 2nd Monday of each month at Banyan Proeprty Mangement at 7:00 P.M.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application, interview and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $100.00 ( cashiers check or money order only), paybale to Banyan Property Mangement, Inc.) and applications may be downloaded, using the above button.

Community Components:

Townhomes: 156
Community pool, cabana and rest room facilities.

Unit Quarterly Assessments:

Townhomes: $575.00
The regular assessments are due on the 1st of each quarter and are considered late after 30 days.

REGISTER FOR AUTOMATIC DRAFT SERVICE, for your assessments, from your bank account.

Cabana:

Keys for access to the cabana may be obtained at a fee of $25.00. Please make a service request above. The pool is open from dawn until dusk.

Gate Access:

Stickers are required for gate access. Please click on the above security button to request a sticker.

Architectural Changes: An architectural change request application is need for all exterior changes. Please download form above and submit to Banyan Proeprty Management.

Garbage & Recycling:

Yellow and blue bins by dumpster.

What does my monthly assessment cover?

Waterside Estates offers monthly cable service, lawn maintenance and mangement, the trimming of trees and the general maintenance of the common areas of the association.
