Community Features:

Woodlands is a homeowners Association community of 224 townhomes located in Palm Springs. The community offers tennis and raquet ball courts.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

Board of Director meet annually at banyan Proeprty Mangaement. The violations greivance committee meets on an as needed basis.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application, interview and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $100.00 ( cashiers check or money order only), payable to Banyan Property Mangement, Inc.) and applications may be downloaded, using the above button.

Unit Quarterly Assessments:
Payments are due on the first of each quarter and are considered late 30 days later, incurring a $25.00 fee.

Garbage & Recycling:

Waste Management - 561-697-2700
Household Trash: Tuesday and Friday
Recycling is scheduled for Wednesday.
Please place containers on the roadside after 6:00 p.m. the previous evening of scheduled pick up otherwise, all containers are required to be stored out of site.
